OUR PROJECTS

At 3C Metal, we undertake projects with varying engineering scopes. All these projects aim to provide our clients with more secure, efficient and sustainable operational solutions. Some of our typical projects include:

RIG UPGRADES

Rig upgrades are one of our most in-demand project undertakings. Scope generally includes LP, HP, GRE piping, Structural steel, heat treatment, pressure testing and hydraulic works. Prefabrication and installation are done on-site, with a specialist team deployed for additional work in transit as required.

ESDV SPOOLS

As part of our subsea services for the oil and gas industry, we design and deliver Emergency Shut Down Valves (ESDV) spools for oil rigs. ESDVs are designed and fabricated using butt welds. ESDV spool project scope includes PWHT, NDT, Pressure testing and painting.

MPD INTEGRATIONS

Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) projects usually include site surveys, 3D laser scanning and modeling, followed by design, fabrication and integration of manifolds. The equipment is DNV-certified, and ABS approved.

MUD TANK SYSTEMS

Mud tank system design and fabrication is another one of our project scopes for the oil and gas industry. Mud tanks with essential solids control equipment and control configurations are designed, fabricated and installed onsite as per client requirements.

RIG INTAKE PROJECTS

Multiple scopes are designed and delivered for offshore oil rigs. This includes the fabrication and installation of Moonpool Padeyes, Expro Landing String Foundation, UTA Interface Frame and IWOCS Cable Roller, etc.

BOP SKIDS

The Blow Out Preventer (BOP) skids we design for land rigs allow hand-free and safe maneuvering of the BOP for the land rigs. We integrate components the clients provide into our design or design and develop components of the skids as per project requirement.

SUBSEA RISERS

3C Subsea, a specialist division under 3C Metal Belmet undertakes riser inspection services for recertification, overhaul and repair of marine drilling risers and associated drilling equipment.

UNDERGROUND GAS STORAGE FACILITY

We undertake the EPC contract for underground gas storage facility upgrades, including vents and flares upgrades. Work includes dismantling of existing systems, prefabrication of vents, civil work, piping and electrical system installations, instrumentation, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
